It all starts with an inquiry from you. After you answer some questions and I gather the necessary information, I’m off like Hermione Granger headed to the Hogwarts library. I’ll research based on your preferences (timing, budget, etc.) and provide you with the best options tailored for your family.

This includes booking the trip itself and your accommodations. I typically do not book flights, but can help point you in the right direction and coordinate ground transportation (enchanted pumpkin carriage, magic carpet, Floo powder) to and from destinations, connecting any flight information to your reservation.

When you’ve decided which option to go with, I’ll send you a secure payment form for the deposit, and lock in the reservation and rate. Afterwards, we will work together to set up payment plans and make payments securely along the way until your trip is paid in full. No haggling with Gringotts goblins necessary.

Like the Fairy Godmother waving her magic wand behind the scenes to get Cinderella ready for the ball, I’ll take care of things like setting up and linking accounts, securing your park passes, dining reservations, excursions, VIP tours, special ticketed events, and other extra experiences…all without pumpkin transformations!

Once you’ve paid in full, I’ll provide you with access to my vault with all the planning tips, tricks, guides, tutorials (for example: How to use Disney Genie+), sample itineraries, packing lists, and more. You’ll have everything you need from check-in to check out, and I offer my clients a 30 minute scheduled call the week of travel. It’s like entering the Cave of Wonders, but more organized and without the risk.

Life happens and sometimes you need to adjust your plans. I’m here to take care of any modifications you might need and watch for promotions for you. If any deals come out after you book that can be applied to your reservation or upgrade you within your budget, I will sprinkle my pixie dust to make it happen for you!
